Monday is Weigh-in Day

Monday is our WW virtual meeting and we are banished to the weight room because they are having coffee & donuts in the hall.

It was a "good day" for me ... I am down 1.5 pounds. But, unfortunately, I am not sure what I did to accomplish.

In our workshop, we talked about what works for you ... I hate to say tracking and accountability, but it is what works.

So, this week I am going to focus on those two things this week. Stay tuned as I try and get a handle on this!

One day at a time ... Is that really a safe route?

Okay, I held my own for yesterday. Did not drink a ton of water, but made better choices.

Everyone says one day at a time, but think about that statement ... Is that really the best option? Shoukd we be looking a few days ahead? I knowclooking back is not the answer ... But if we ate only concerned about today, does tomorrow suffer? How does day by day effect our weight loss journey?

What difference can a year make?

So much for a commitment ... well, I have been committed, committed to paying a monthly fee to WW and not seeing results!

Let me qualify, I have not seen my weight loss numbers decrease, but I have not seen them increase either ... so, that is success, right?

Looking back at this single entry, from more than 365 days ago, has me trying to focus again!
